We, the SALLY Promotional & Event Staffing Agency, are the administrator of the personal data specified in this Privacy Policy. We are working under the YUMENO Emilian Paluszkiewicz company, with its registered office in Gdynia, Plac Kaszubski 8, the tax identification number NIP 7321918739, the statistical number REGON 101308369, the data universal numbering system DUNS 426757756, the national register of employment agencies number KRAZ 24122.
We gather two kinds of information about each user of the website www.sally.agency (further referred to as “the Site”): personal data and information that isn’t personal data.
Personal data are pieces of information that allow us to establish your identity. The data can be transmitted when using a contact form, sending us e-mails or messaging us on Facebook and Instagram. The data may include, depending on the form and purpose of the interaction: your first and last name or company name, PESEL or NIP number, phone number, e-mail address, current address of residence or address of the company, bank account number, scan of a school/student ID or a certificate confirming your attendance.
We process the personal data in order to send offers and conclude contracts. The data protection while they’re transmitted via a contact form is ensured by a 256-bit SSL protocol, among other forms of protection.
Personal data are stored and processed in accordance with:
