  1. We, the SALLY Promotional & Event Staffing Agency, are the administrator of the personal data specified in this Privacy Policy. We are working under the YUMENO Emilian Paluszkiewicz company, with its registered office in Gdynia, Plac Kaszubski 8, the tax identification number NIP 7321918739, the statistical number REGON 101308369, the data universal numbering system DUNS 426757756, the national register of employment agencies number KRAZ 24122.
  2. We gather two kinds of information about each user of the website (further referred to as “the Site”): personal data and information that isn’t personal data.
  3. Personal data are pieces of information that allow us to establish your identity. The data can be transmitted when using a contact form, sending us e-mails or messaging us on Facebook and Instagram. The data may include, depending on the form and purpose of the interaction: your first and last name or company name, PESEL or NIP number, phone number, e-mail address, current address of residence or address of the company, bank account number, scan of a school/student ID or a certificate confirming your attendance.
  4. We process the personal data in order to send offers and conclude contracts. The data protection while they’re transmitted via a contact form is ensured by a 256-bit SSL protocol, among other forms of protection.
  5. Personal data are stored and processed in accordance with:
    • the ACT of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data,
    • REGULATION (EU) OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data,
    • the ACT of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
  6. We may entrust the collected personal data to other entities, such as a web hosting provider, accounting service, legal service, payment operator or other entity with whom we cooperate in order to provide our services properly. The passing of personal data is always documented.
  7. We do not use collected personal data for purposes other than those defined when they’re requested. We do not pass on, sell or lend collected personal data to third parties unless it happens with your explicit consent, or is demanded by applicable law.
  8. Personal data is stored no longer than the period of time necessary for securing requests.
  9. You have the right to access your data, modify them, limit their processing, transfer, erase or withdraw your consent for processing at any time. Submitting personal data is voluntary; however, it is necessary for the contact form specified in point 2, as well as to conclude and complete contracts or engage in any kind of legal interaction with us.
  10. Information other than personal data means information which does not allow to establish your identity. This includes the type of web browser, the type of operating system, the name of the Internet Service Provider (ISP), the IP address, the time and date of visit to the Site. The information is used for properly managing contact forms, administering the Site, trend analysis, as well as collecting statistical data.
  11. We use a mechanism for automatic data storage called cookies, in order to personalise site content, retain language preference settings and gather viewing statistics. Cookies do not store or process personal data. The content of cookies cannot be used to establish your identity.
  12. The information contained in administrator’s cookie files allow us to customize elements of the Site, e.g., remembering the layout or language version, in order to make the Site more convenient to use.
  13. The information contained in cookie files of third parties allow us to analyse and create statistics of website usage, thanks to which the content and layout of the Site are regularly improved. We utilise the cookies of the following entities:
